Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce This is Dave's hottest year-round sauce (only his Private Reserve Insanity Sauce is hotter), and ranks 14th on our list of hottest hot sauces (posted on the Carolina Sauce Company blog). The original Dave's Insanity Sauce began an arms race of sorts, with other hot sauce manufacturers rushing to create something even hotter, and of course Dave's Gourmet had to escalate the arms race with their Ultimate Insanity Sauce. This ultra-hot hot sauce is best (and most safely) used one drop at a time in soups, sauces, stews, salsas, chili or dressings. We believe the warning on the label cautioning that Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce should be kept away from eyes, pets and children, and is not for people with heart or respiratory problems. Rumor has it that you can use this ultra-hot hot sauce as deer or bear repellent, but we haven't tested that rumor! No preservatives. Refrigerate after opening.
